Our directors, Katie Frost and Claire Townsend have between them many years of experience in delivering people development, training consultancy and organisational development solutions and are proactive in delivering customer requirements as well as developing the team of highly trained consultants.

	Katie Frost completed a degree in Drama at Aberystwyth University and went on to lecture at Middlesex University in Technical Theatre. Moving to the BBC as a studio manager, and then as a producer and reporter in World Service sport. Katie then moved into the world of business joining Head Start Recruitment and began her career in training and development. Katie balances a family, governorship of a secondary school, keeping fit with ensuring she is at the forefront of what is new in people development through ongoing study.
	Claire Townsend left school to develop her entrepreneurial spirit, setting up her own business in her early 20's. Moving then into recruitment, Claire became a headhunter, before joining an organisational development consultancy. Claire formalised her skills and expertise in organisational design, including process improvement, competency frameworks and top team development before forming Impact with Katie in 1999. Claire is currently studying for a degree in Psychology, enjoys competing in Triathlons and keeping Impact ahead with its service provision by research and development of new tools and techniques.
