Impact are experienced in facilitating a wide range of workshops and meetings.
We work with our client at every stage of the process to ensure that the desired outcome is achieved. This can include planning the agenda, preparation of materials, providing the facilitator/s on the day and follow up including collation of output from the session.

This partnership approach ensures a honest and open dialogue at all stages of the process, mitigates against the unexpected and ensures a successful outcome.

We use a wide range of tools and techniques to ensure a successful outcome including use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator for team development sessions and can draw on a wealth of games and exercises to support specific outcomes needed.
