Local Government Councillor Training and Development

The unique needs of local government councillors are addressed through our customised approach where we can tailor the content of workshops to the requirements of particular groups and also offer a flexible approach to workshop duration and timings.

This means that we can offer short workshops in early morning or evenings to accommodate busy councillors who are not available for training during the working day.

We have provided training in the following areas:

• Time management

We have also provided one to one coaching to councillors to address specific development needs.
